It’s no fun to sit in Cape traffic after a full day of fun at the Cape Cod Inflatable Park! As an alternative, we invite you to stay at the Cape Cod Family Resort and turn your day trip into a fun-filled vacation.
The Cape Cod Family Resort has 69 standard rooms adjacent to the Cape Cod Inflatable Park. There are 39 family rooms, 8 standard pet rooms and 1 handicapped room a block away at 452 Main St.
It’s a seasonal resort, which means it’s only open when the park is. Our standard rooms have two double beds with a 4 person occupancy and we do have adjoining rooms available. Our family rooms have three double beds. We do not have connecting family rooms available.
By booking early, you’ll guarantee rooms for you and your family during the time of year that suits you best. Reserve your room online.

- Up to 4 complimentary passes for standard rooms and 5 for family rooms to the Cape Cod Inflatable Park and Wicked Waves Water Park for each day of your stay.*
*Rooms booked through any third party booking engine (aka not on this site or by calling us directly) will only receive free passes for the number of nights you booked. The benefit to booking with us directly is an extra day of free passes!
Terms & Conditions
- Check-in is at 3 p.m., with an 11 a.m. checkout.
- Reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to receive a full refund.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours from your check-in.
- You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room at the Cape Cod Family Resort.
- Our rates include up to a maximum of four people per room in our standard rooms and six people per room in our family rooms.
